Eva teaches kids and adult classes such as Chinese brushwork at MMoA’s KTJ Studios. She continues to paint in her studio in Mystic during this time of social distancing.

About the Artist
Born and raised in Shanghai, China, she focused on Chinese philosophy and Chinese watercolor in her early years. In 1982, she moved to New York City to study at The Art Students League and Parsons School of Design. Through more than five decades of dedication to art and creativity, Eva has brought the East and West together in her unique style.
In the early nineties Eva relocated to Connecticut, opening a shop in Olde Mystic Village, “Work of Art”, creating and selling her own original artwork. For over a decade, Eva has shown her work in many local galleries. She also teaches art, specializing in Chinese watercolor, teaching art enrichment in many schools throughout Connecticut, as well as adult and children workshops at her studio in Mystic.
