Homeschool Program: Painting on Silk with Kristen Thornton
Apply color theory, patterns and texture to painting on a silk surface. Take inspiration from the artworks and fine crafts in MMoA’s galleries.
MMoA provides homeschool educational experiences through a combination of discussion and art-making in our galleries and studios. All programs focus on the elements of art and design, teach art vocabulary, and utilize critical thinking skills.
