Mystic Art in the Evening: Gallery Talk with Artist Haley Lynn Smith
See what’s showing at Mystic Museum of Art during Mystic’s monthly downtown gallery stroll. Refreshments served and free admission. All sites are within several blocks of each other and downtown restaurants.
On Thursday, August 1, at 6:30pm, artist Haley Lynn Smith discusses her work, including Our New Relationship: Becoming Socialites, 2012, on display in the “Mystic As Muse” exhibition at Mystic Museum of Art. Smith’s piece urges viewers to question the level of connectivity we have gained through social networks in the 21st century.
